Automated Email Notifications
Once you have successfully entered the term data of a contract, our notification system will automatically distribute email notifications on critical expiry, renewal, and lead time dates of contracts to the client user(s) assigned to the contract.
Vendor Risk Rating
Our fully compliant risk rating guide helps you establish appropriate ratings for vendors of all kinds, simply answer the 4 questions in the risk tab of the contract and a suggested risk score will populate, but you still have the final decision.
Permission-Based Access
User access should be layered, so we provide different permission levels for each client user ranging from Client Administrator to Auditor/Examiner (View-Only) guest access.
